We are a privately held company in the Tri-City area of North-East Tennessee, specializing in the installation and service of residential heating, cooling, and air purification equipment. To better serve our clients and maintain our high level of quality, we only work with homeowners - we do not supply contractors.

Tri-City Air Conditioning Company has been in business since 1969 and has enjoyed the position of TVA's number one installer for the past several years. In addition, we are Trane's largest account of residential air conditioning equipment and the south's largest retailer of variable speed equipment. Our particular specialty is the XL series super high efficiency product line with ten year factory warranty on the compressor.

Both the service and installation departments are staffed with highly trained, highly motivated technicians who know what it takes to satisfy your needs. We understand, that when your system fails, you want it fixed quickly, day or night. For that reason a Service Technician is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Best of all, our service department can service any brand.

We believe education and professionalism to be the watchwords of our continued success. Tri-City Air's Service Technicians and Installation Technicians are all EPA Certified. They continually receive additional training that includes the latest contracting codes and the newest equipment. Our Technicians are among the most highly trained and knowledgeable in the heating and air conditioning field.
